DAY OF STEM CHALLENGES

Real Challenges. Real Careers. Real Inspiration.

Our Day of STEM Challenges are high-energy, hands-on events that bring together 60–120 high school girls for a day of career exploration through problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. Students compete in team-based engineering and science challenges designed by industry professionals, giving them a chance to experience what real STEM careers look like in action. Volunteers not only lead the activities but also mentor students throughout the day. With stations that simulate real-world problem solving, students rotate through challenges, build practical skills, and compete for awards, all while engaging with inspiring women in STEM who bring their career journeys to life.

About Our Challenges

Students compete in teams through 3-4 rotations of challenges that introduce them to a new field of STEM that they might not have engaged with before. Click on the event flyers  below to learn more about past challenges

Partner with Us

Open your doors and share your expertise. Partners can provide event space, collaborate with us to design hands-on challenges, and engage employees as volunteers and mentors. Together, we'll create an exciting day that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and connects students with real STEM careers.
